Mac serves as the CEO and President of TwoPointO. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the TwoPointO real estate portfolio, currently north of $1.1 billion AUM. Prior to joining TwoPointO, Mac served as General Counsel for August Mack Environmental and was an attorney with Dentons Bingham Greenebaum in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups.
In the community, Mac serves on the boards of the Penrod Society, Indiana University Center for Real Estate Studies, Providence Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program, and the house corporation for the Zeta Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta. Mac is an active member of the C12 Group and a 2023 honoree of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40. Mac and his wife, Morgan, live in Indianapolis with their two children, Ruthie Jean and Samuel. They are parishioners of St. Luke Catholic Church.
Kevin serves as the COO of TwoPointO. In his role, he is responsible for internal controls, strategic planning, system integration, and vendor relations. Kevin oversees all corporate and portfolio operations and finances. Prior to TwoPointO, Kevin served as the sole investment analyst for Valeo Financial Advisors straddling both public and private markets, a voting member of the Valeo Investment Committee, and facilitated the early growth of the private investment platform. Prior to Valeo, Kevin provided middle office support for CLO and CDO managers at Corland Global Capital Markets within their securitization services team.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin is involved in multiple community organizations. Kevin is active in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society of Indianapolis, Julian Center for Domestic Violence, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Kevin was honored as the 2023 Developing Leader of the Year for NAIOP Indiana chapter.
Josh serves as the CIO of TwoPointO. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and managing private real estate investments with operating partners located throughout the United States. Josh oversees investment due diligence, investor relations, strategic projects, and fundraising efforts for TwoPointO. Prior to TwoPointO, Josh was the VP of investments for Valeo Financial Advisors and TwoPointO and served active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Josh is actively engaged in several community focused organizations. As a member of the Penrod Society, he has raised over $500,000 in donations to support arts organizations throughout central Indiana. He is also involved with several real estate organizations, including NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Apartment Life. Furthermore, Josh contributes to the Riley Children’s Hospital Intensive Care Unit, the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, and is a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
Ruthanne serves as the Senior Investment Operations Analyst of TwoPointO. In her role, she is responsible for facilitating cashiering, coordinating communication with clients, and managing the receipt and distribution of tax documents. Ruthanne has been with Valeo since 2018 and was part of Valeo's operations team before joining TwoPointO in January 2021. She received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Governors University.
Max serves as Vice President of TwoPointO. Max leads the portfolio management team and provides investor relations services and facilitates the financing process for direct commercial real estate investments all over the United States. Max is also involved in the underwriting for new investment opportunities, evaluating prospective real estate investments in target markets and sub-asset classes. Prior to joining TwoPointO, Max was an analyst at J.P Morgan in its Asset & Wealth Management division. He received a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics and Spanish from Wabash College. Max is an Indianapolis native and currently resides downtown. He is passionate about the growth and development of urban communities and the proliferation of local art.
Troy serves as Vice President of TwoPointO. Troy is responsible for underwriting new investments, assisting in managing the real estate portfolio, leading real estate operator relationships, and strategic initiatives within the TwoPointO leadership team.
Prior to joining TwoPointO, Troy served over three years as a debt analyst for HFF (now JLL) and three years as a senior development associate with Scannell Properties. In the community, Troy is a former board member of Indy REAL, and a current member of Penrod Society and NAIOP. Troy and his wife Ally are also members of Traders Point Christian Church.
Beverly serves as the Executive Assistant for TwoPointO.
In her role, she is responsible for navigating professional obligations and providing ancillary support to the overall team to ensure effective daily operations. She is responsible for communicating with key stakeholders and scheduling operator meetings. She also enjoys organizing community outreach opportunities for the TwoPointO team.
Will serves as an associate of investments at TwoPointO. Will is responsible for underwriting new investments, managing assets in the active portfolio, and the facilitation of investor reporting. Prior to joining Valeo, Will held an internship at Buckingham Companies as a Property Management and Leasing Intern. Will graduated from Indiana University in 2023, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. While at Indiana University, Will was an active member of the IU Real Estate Club, Indiana University Dance Marathon, and Sigma Chi fraternity. Will is an Indianapolis native and currently resides downtown.

In her role, she is responsible for the efficient flow of financial transactions, system maintenance, and optimizing the operations processes. Emma graduated from Hanover College with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Finance, Management, and Marketing. She is currently living in her hometown of Carmel, IN where she continues to develop her career goals and connect with the community through part-time work as an HCCTA tennis instructor.
Shaq serves as the Director of Investor Relations of TwoPointO, where he manages fundraising and investor due diligence. Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President at Merchants Capital, a top affordable housing syndicator. Shaq holds an MBA from Butler University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Political Science from Clemson University. He is actively involved in his community through the Penrod Society, the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation, and Traders Point Christian Church. In his free time, Shaq enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs, and indulging in an occasional round of golf when time permits.

She has an operational background in the banking industry with connections to many of the TwoPointO investors. She is responsible for coordinating legal documents, managing the flow of funds for investments, and ensuring accurate reporting.
